The high level of rain makes Cashiers Lake a reasonably wet site; March is the wettest month with most rain while April is regularly the driest month. This location is great, just look at all the fun stuff to do right next door to Cashiers Lake. Old Edwards Inn and Spa is a glorious site to get some rest. Lakes? Sure, Hurricane Lake is around here, and the Shortoff Mountain Trail       is a splendid hiking trail close by. So many cool things to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains, not enough time. In case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Norton Creek, and Little Sheep Cliff is clearly visible from Cashiers Lake. Cashiers Lake is one of the lakes here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This spot, the Blue Ridge Mountains, has so much outdoors cool things. Cashiers Valley is in close proximity to Cashiers                  Lake and is absolutely a perfect location to stop at; a brilliant nearby hotel is Sapphire Valley Resort. This lake is so wonderful. Why not visit Cashiers Lake Dam if you're here, and Chattooga River is a magnificent whitewater spot close by. For the period of the summer highs here at Cashiers Lake reach the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are ordinarily in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Cashiers Lake. Skiing at Scaly Mountain is one of those things you just have to do, and Cashiers Lake is a fine location to visit for more than one day, Sloan Bridge Campground is a fine location to camp nearby. So many amusing things to do at Cashiers Lake, so little time. Near Cashiers Lake you find a golf course called High Hampton Inn & Country Club; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Hampton Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is fine here at Cashiers Lake, you can go for a hike along the Ellicott Rock Trail, and Ammons Branch Campground is a pleasant local campground.
