The beauty of Camp Deer Lake is reason enough to stop by. All year is a great time in the Blue Ridge Mountains if you love the outdoors. A good place to camp here at Camp Deer Lake is Lake Powhatan Campground, and Baldwin Gap is in close proximity, and is a magnificent site. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Camping is available at Parkway Lane RV Park, and a beautiful lake like Lake Powhatan is a glorious site to visit. So many amusing things

| | in the Blue Ridge Mountains, just mind-blowing. If time allows, Blue Ridge Parkway is a national park worth taking a look at, and the Side Hill Trail is a great hiking trail close by. Camp Deer Lake typically gets a large amount of rain; the wettest month of the year is generally July, that's the one that rains the most, and October is when it's the driest. A cool spot to visit near Camp Deer Lake is Sandy Bottom; paddling on Swannanoa River is so much fun. | |

You completely must fancy Camp Deer Lake. Going for a hike on the Laurel Mountain Trail is always a good adventure, and after a long day outdoors Country Inn And Suites By Carlson Asheville is a nice spot to spend a night or two.
Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing things in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Camp Deer Lake is not far at all from Asheville, and Comfort Suites Asheville is a fine place to get some rest. Lakes are such serene places, why not explore
Bent Creek Ranch Lake near Camp Deer Lake; whitewater paddling is wonderful on French Broad River. Through the warmest time of the year highs here at Camp Deer Lake get into the 80's while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 60's.
All through the winter the highs are mostly in the 40's; night lows at Camp Deer Lake throughout the wintertime commonly sink into the 20's. The Blue Ridge Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. For
you golfers we recommend nearby High Vista Country Club, and Lake Powhatan Dam is pretty. Beaten Branch is in the neighborhood of Camp Deer Lake and is always a diversion to go to; you can never get enough of the great skiing at Ski
Beech. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. There is a nice hiking trail in the neighborhood of Camp Deer Lake called the Shut-In Trail, and you can see Glenn Bald from Camp Deer Lake.
