Spring Hill Park is a pleasant campground nearby. Do take a look at Cameron Pond Dam since you're here at Cameron Pond, and a delightful close by hotel is Quality Inn Sanford. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can       always stop by close by Hadleys Mill Pond, and why not a little side visit to Harts Creek. Not far from Cameron Pond, you'll stumble on Reeves Lake which is a lovely lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Jordan Dam RV Park and Campground is a delightful place to camp. A great deal of precipitation falls at Cameron Pond; July is the wettest month with most rain, and April is when it's the driest.
