This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the American Beech Trail, and the scenery at Cambro Pond Dam is delightful. Cambro       Pond is a place with many visitors from Dunn, and a perfect nearby hotel is Hampton Inn Spring Lake Ft Bragg. The Fish Camp Trail offers hiking at its best; why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Pine Burr Golf Course. In case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Upper Little River; lakes are such calm spots, why not visit Wests Pond. Cambro Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; the                  month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and November meanwhile is the driest month.
