     There's some flowing water nearby, Buckhorn Branch is a stream you can have a look at while here, and Buckhorn Lake is not the only site nearby, Buckhorn Reservoir is a nearby lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Econo Lodge Kenly is a fine choice; you can stay the night at Rock Ridge Campground. Buckhorn Lake is a reasonably wet place commonly with a good deal of rain; August is the wettest month with most rain, and April is when  
   it's the driest. Buckhorn Lake Dam is a stunning place near Buckhorn Lake; Days Inn Kenly is a perfect site to get some rest.
Through the summer at Buckhorn Lake temperatures are typically in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's typically in the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 50's with temperatures at Buckhorn Lake dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. That right there is a lot already, but it goes on; Buckhorn Lake
 
               has it all. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Buckhorn Lake has to offer, you can camp at RVacation Campground. Here at Buckhorn Lake there are plenty of folks from Wilson, needless to say you could also go to Hinnants Lake if you're here; it's not far at all.

but always nice just to get away no matter how far you go.
