This place, Bright Pond, it simply has so much outdoors amusing stuff. Lakes are brilliant; Sky View Lake is a lake that's near Bright Pond, and swing by Little Buffalo Creek it's a delightful spot to go to. Paddling on Bear Creek is so much fun; good hiking is available along the Northington Ferry Trail. Summer brings highs       in the 80's to Bright Pond. During the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Bright Pond. If you came for an overnight stay Jordan Dam RV Park and Campground is a magnificent place to camp, and a round of golf at nearby Sanford Golf Course is a great way to kill some time. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of folks from Sanford                  here, and Spring Hill Park is a nice campground nearby. Dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn Sanford; going for a hike on the Lanier Falls Trail is always a tremendous adventure. This lake is so wonderful. You're possibly addicted to lakes, Reeves Lake is one of those close by, and you can go for a hike on the Campbell Creek Loop. If you need a site to stay Days Inn Sanford is a splendid choice.
