This lake is so wonderful. There's wonderful hiking along the Campbell Creek Loop. There are some good whitewater spots on Deep River, and there's some exciting stuff to see at Bright Pond Dam in the vicinity of Bright Pond. This lake is so wonderful. If you're a golfer then a magnificent close by course is Sanford Golf Course, and if you came for an overnight stay Jordan Dam RV Park and Campground is a nice location to       camp. Bright Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is regularly May, that's the one that rains the most; the driest of the months is September. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Bright Pond, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Bright Pond. Days Inn Of Sanford is a pleasant                  spot to get some rest, and at Bright Pond you always meet someone from Sanford. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Bright Pond; Northington Ferry Trail is a nice local trail, and if you need a place to stay Quality Inn Sanford is a good choice. Any time is a wonderful time at Bright Pond if you go for the outdoors. Spring Hill Park is a glorious campground nearby, and of course Little Buffalo Creek is a gorgeous stream that is worth taking a look at.
