The high level of precipitation makes Briggs Lake a quite wet site; the wettest month of the year is frequently July, that's the one that rains the most while April is regularly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water? Try Cub Creek, and a magnificent place for whitewater paddling is Flat       River. Summertime at Briggs Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 40's; overnight lows at Briggs Lake through the wintertime generally descend into the 20's.
