All the water falling down from the sky makes Blue Pond a wet place; July is when you get the most rain here while April is frequently the driest month. Dry warm beds await you at Pinehurst Resort, and camping at Pine Lake Campground is always a great experience. Lots of folks from Southern Pines come to Blue Pond. Summertime at Blue Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down       to the 60's. Highs through the wintertime are usually in the 40's while Blue Pond overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. There are some wonderful whitewater spots on Deep River, and enjoy a round of golf at Talamore at Pinehurst Golf Course.
