Blue Pond is a good place to visit for more than one day, Heritage Camping and Recreation is a good place to camp nearby, and if
you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Deep River. This lake is so wonderful. People from Southern Pines love to come to Blue Pond, and if you need a site to stay Homewood Suites Olmsted Village-Near Pinehurst is a splendid choice.
