This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are glorious; Town Fork Creek Watershed Lake Five is a lake that's in the vicinity of Blaylock Lake, and a magnificent nearby hotel is Quality Inn Coliseum. Blaylock Lake gets a large amount of water; throughout July this area sees the most rain, and the driest       month is February. You definitely should fancy Blaylock Lake. After a long day outdoors Days Inn Winston Salem North is a good spot to spend a night or two, and don't leave Blaylock Lake without first going for a hike along the Hanging Rock Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There are some fine whitewater spots on Dan River, and you can go for a hike on the Cooks Wall Trail. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Dan River; great hiking is available along the Cascade                  Trail. You're most likely keen on lakes, Waggoner Lake is one of those close by, and there are plenty of people from Winston-Salem here at Blaylock Lake. If you're here at Blaylock Lake and you like golf, you can take a look at Reynolds Park Golf Course, and camping is available at Humphrey's Ridge Camp.
