Black Mountain Reservoir is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Wolf Laurel, and do have a look at Black Mountain Reservoir Dam if you're here. Really pleasant skiing awaits you at Ski Beech, and on a gorgeous day you get a pleasant view of Evans Knob from Black Mountain Reservoir. All the outdoors amusing stuff in the Blue Ridge Mountains

| | will keep you coming back time and again. If you need a location to stay Super 8 Motel - Black Mountain/Asheville is a magnificent choice, and camping at Sycamore Flats Family Campground is always a fine experience.
Buck Gap is a glorious place to stop by nearby, and while you're here, you could also visit charming Assembly Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Comfort Inn Black Mountain is a nice site to get some rest, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone | |

but if it's for you then, we recommend Curtis Creek. Camping is available at Jaymar Travel Park, and there are some perfect whitewater spots on Rocky Broad River.
Summertime highs at Black Mountain Reservoir mostly tend to be
in the 80's. Summer night lows sink down to the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's; nighttime lows at Black Mountain Reservoir through the winter typically plunge into the 20's. Yeah, come here to Black Mountain Reservoir
for a perfect time. A trip to Blue Ridge Parkway is worthwhile, and a round of golf at nearby Black Mountain Town Golf Course is a magnificent way to kill some time. This lake is so wonderful. Fortune Field is a good location; don't
forget to take a great little journey to Flat Creek.
This place, Black Mountain Reservoir, it simply has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Black Mountain Reservoir is a good place of normal precipitation; the month with most of the rain is July, and the driest month is October. The Blue Ridge Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
