Black Mountain Reservoir is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Curtis Creek for all you adrenaline kick people, and Ski Beech is a great local ski area. Summertime highs at Black Mountain Reservoir regularly tend to be in the 80's. Summer night lows dip down to the 60's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are ordinarily in the 40's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Black Mountain Reservoir

| | fall into the 20's. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The Blue Ridge Mountains is so good! If you fancy a little side tour, try Buck Gap, and Black Mountain Reservoir Dam is an attention-grabbing thing to check out. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Rocky Broad River, and Blue Ridge Parkway is a very good spot to pop by. Mountain Reservoir has it all. The slopes of Wolf Laurel are so inviting noone can resist. Camping is available at Sycamore Flats Family Campground, and if you need a site to stay Comfort Inn Black Mountain is a tremendous choice.
And that's not all you can do here at Black Mountain Reservoir. Here at Black Mountain Reservoir you can make out Evans Knob, and a lake close by is Laurel Lake. Black Mountain Reservoir gets a typical amount of yearly rainfall; of
all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month. If you're a golfer then a great nearby course is Black Mountain Town Golf Course, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel
- Black Mountain/Asheville. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains. Camp Ridgecrest Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore, and Fortune Field is a glorious location. You just can't envision the amount
of outdoors enjoyable things the Blue Ridge Mountains has to offer. Don't forget to take a great little tour to Flat Creek, and why not camp at K O A Kampgrounds if you're here at Black Mountain Reservoir.
