Beautiful Bass Lake has much to offer visitors. Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! Bass Lake is peerless! Boone Golf Club is a golf course near Bass Lake; if you came for an overnight stay Morgan's Mountain Retreat is a wonderful place to camp. Bass Lake is a beautiful lake in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Bass Lake commonly gets lots of rainfall; through May this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is December.

This lake is so wonderful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Hawksnest is near Bass Lake, and after a long day outdoors Azalea Inn is a perfect place to
spend a night or two. While you're here at Bass Lake you can take a hike along the Daniel Boone Scout Trail; Ridgeway Inn is a great place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Thunderhole
Creek, and you can take a little visit to Cone Lake Dam while you're here at Bass Lake.
Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! The Blue Ridge Mountains rocks! There are some fine whitewater spots on Boone Fork, and while
you're here, you might as well take a look at Sandy Flat Gap. High temperatures at Bass Lake during the summer are in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures
at Bass Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. On a beautiful day you acquire a vista of Flat Top Mountain from Bass Lake, and Appalachian Mountain is a wonderful local ski area.
