What a nice lake Bass Lake is. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things at Bass Lake. This is a wonderful vicinity for folks who like lakes. Cone Lake is a lake close by, and Camp Sky Ranch is a delightful campground nearby. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a delightful time here at Bass Lake. From Bass Lake you get a good panorama of Flat Top Mountain, and Appalachian Mountain is a very popular ski area nearby. All year is

| | a magnificent time in the Blue Ridge Mountains if you like the outdoors. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Daniel Boone Scout Trail, and you can stay the night at Honey Bear Campground.
Lakes are splendid; Heart Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Bass Lake, and there are plenty of folks from Boone here. Through the summertime months here at Bass Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. Daytime highs | |

through the wintertime are in the 40's, and overnight lows throughout the wintertime for Bass Lake tend to be in the 10's. At Cone Lake Dam in close proximity to Bass Lake there are some out of the ordinary things to see; you can
hit the slopes at Hawksnest nearby.
This lake is so wonderful. There are some good whitewater spots on Boone Fork; Boone Golf Club is a golf course close by. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things in the Blue Ridge
Mountains. Sandy Flat Gap is a fine place to discover, and dry warm beds await you at Ridgeway Inn. The high level of precipitation makes Bass Lake a quite wet site; May is the wettest month with most rain, and December is when it's
the driest.
This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Yancey Ridge Trail; if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Flat Top Branch. If you come at the right time of year, Thunderhole Creek offers some glorious whitewater,
and if you need a site to stay Blowing Rock Victorian Inn B&B is a delightful choice. Bass Lake is a beautiful lake in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
So much fun stuff in the Blue Ridge Mountains, just phenomenal.
