Banks Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Blue Ridge Parkway is a brilliant local destination here at Banks Lake, and Jump-Off Mountain Dam is pretty. This lake is so wonderful. There are some great whitewater spots on Little River, and you'll locate a striking lake called Cascade Lake. Man, is there a heap of enjoyable things to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. If you're here at Banks Lake, you could visit Blythe Mill Creek,

| | and there is a pleasant hiking trail close by called the Black Mountain Trail.
If you need a site to stay Rodeway Inn Brevard is a great choice; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Ski Beech. So much entertaining stuff to do at Banks Lake, so little time. Banks Lake is one of the lakes here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Highpeak is scenic and can be distinguished from Banks Lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Banks Lake has to offer,
you can camp at Little River Camping Resort. Banks Lake is not far at all from Asheville, and the Laurel Mountain Trail is a delightful hiking trail nearby.
All through the months of summer here at Banks Lake, high temperatures
generally reach the 80's with night lows in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Banks Lake temperatures sink to the 20's. So much fun stuff to do here in the Blue Ridge
Mountains, too perfect to be true. There's so much to do here at Banks Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Blue Star Camps is a good location for that, and enjoy a round of golf at Cummings Cove Golf & Country Club. Banks
Lake is a pretty wet place frequently with much rain; most of the rain falls during March, and the driest month of the year is October.
