Dry warm beds await you at The Waverly Inn; since you're here you can take a hike along the Shut-In Trail. While you're here at Banks Brothers Lake, you could also pop by beautiful Gore Lake, and lots of folks from Asheville come here. Throughout the months of summer highs here at Banks Brothers Lake get into the 80's,       and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's with temperatures at Banks Brothers Lake dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Really brilliant skiing awaits you at Ski Beech; some close by water includes Big Willow Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Have a great hiking adventure along the Laurel Mountain Trail, and the summit of Bell Mountain can be seen                  from Banks Brothers Lake. Banks Brothers Lake is a pretty wet place frequently with a good deal of rainfall; all through March this area sees the most rain while October is generally the driest month. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Little River; there's some exciting stuff to observe at Willow Lake Dam near Banks Brothers Lake. So much fun stuff to do at Banks Brothers Lake, so little time. There's so much to do here at Banks Brothers Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Alpine woods RV Park is a brilliant place for that. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Banks Brothers Lake has to offer, you can camp at Blue Star Camps, and Cummings Cove Golf & Country Club is a nice golf course nearby.
