Baldwin Pond frequently gets a large amount of rain; most of the rain falls through August, and November is when it's the driest. So much cool stuff to do here at Baldwin Pond, too wonderful to be true. There's great hiking along the Uwharrie Jeep Trail. Camping is available at Banjo Creek RV Resort & Campground; you're almost       certainly addicted to lakes, McCauley Pond is one of those nearby. This lake is so wonderful. This is a good area for folks who like lakes. Noname is a lake close at hand, also Baldwin Pond Dam is worth taking a look at while you're here. For the period of the summer at Baldwin Pond temperatures are usually in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 40's while Baldwin Pond overnight                  low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 20's.
