If you need a location to stay Jameson Inn Dunn is a pleasant choice, and tremendous water scenery is available at Bakers Pond Dam in close proximity to Bakers Pond. Through the summer months at Bakers Pond highs are generally in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are regularly in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight       here at Bakers Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side visit to Stewart Creek, and Fayetteville Koa is a good local campground. For you golfers we recommend nearby Keith Hills Golf Course. Lakes are tremendous; Gregorys Lake is a lake that's next to Bakers Pond. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Dunn, Nc is a magnificent spot to spend a night or two, and do take a hike on the Little Creek Loop Trail. I can't                  stop, cause I'm havin' a tremendous time here at Bakers Pond. If you come at the right time of year, Upper Little River offers some tremendous whitewater, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Group Camp Trail. Bakers Pond is a place with many visitors from Dunn; there are some good whitewater spots on Cape Fear. Have a magnificent hiking adventure along the American Beech Trail, and not far from Bakers Pond you'll find Jernigans Pond which is a stunning lake.
