Many people like to go to Bakers Pond. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Cape Fear; you'll perhaps meet some folks from Dunn here. This lake is so wonderful. You'll hit upon a wonderful lake called Lewis Lake near Bakers Pond; Bakers Pond is right by the Little Creek Loop Trail. Man, is there heaps of exciting things to do near Bakers Pond. If you need a place to stay Sleep Inn ,Inn & Suites is a pleasant choice, and Lazy Acres is a pleasant campground here.

could take a look at North Prong Anderson Creek. Bakers Pond is a wet location that gets lots of rainfall; all through the month of July you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is November. The American Beech
Trail offers hiking at its best; you don’t have to go far from Bakers Pond to catch a sight of the water at Lewis Lake Dam.
