All year is a fine time in the Blue Ridge Mountains if you fancy the outdoors. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Black Mountain Trail; after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn       Express Hotel & Suites BREVARD is a great spot to spend a night or two. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on French Broad River - East Fork; why not camp at Camp Rockbrook since you're here at Atagahi Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a round of golf at Glen Cannon Country Club Golf not far from Atagahi Lake, and if you've had enough of Atagahi Lake, Noname is nearby. This lake is one of the great places here in the Blue Ridge Mountains.                  So many fun things to do at Atagahi Lake, so little time. Atagahi Lake Dam is worth visiting since you're here, and if you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Brevard. So many enjoyable things to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains, too good to be true. You're probably hooked on lakes, Long Lake is one of those nearby; camping is available at Ash Grove Resort Cabins And Camping. The high level of precipitation makes Atagahi Lake a relatively wet location; March is the month that gets the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. This place is excellent, just check out all the fun things to do in the vicinity of Atagahi Lake. Castle Rock is an exciting thing to distinguish while you're here at Atagahi Lake; Connestee Falls is a wonderful local attraction. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Little River, and Atagahi Lake is right by the Mullinax Trail. For the duration of the warm months highs here at Atagahi Lake reach the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
