Laurel Lake is a nice lake close to Arthur Lake, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike       along the Black Mountain Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Do stop at Laurel Lake Dam while you're here at Arthur Lake, and going for a hike along the Art Loeb Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Arthur Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is March, and the driest month is October. If you want a wonderful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Arthur Lake. Davidson River is a                  fine whitewater spot near Arthur Lake. Arthur Lake is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This lake is so wonderful.
