Arnie Shore Lake Dam is worth a visit while you're here, and you'll almost certainly meet some folks from Mount Airy here. Throughout the warm days of summer here at Arnie Shore Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with       highs in the 40's; throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Arnie Shore Lake temperatures fall to the 20's.
