If you want to go to some out of the ordinary stuff, go to Pumpelly Pillar; paddling on Bear Creek is so much fun. This lake is one of the great places here in the Lewis Range. This site, the Lewis Range, has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. Have a great hiking adventure along the Dawson Pass Trail, and camping is available at Two Medicine Campground. So many amusing things to do in the Lewis Range, not sufficient time. Get       drenched paddling on Flathead River - Middle Fork, and hiking along the Upper Two Medicine Trail is good fun. All the outdoors amusing stuff right next door to Young Man Lake will keep you coming back time and again. Cut Bank Pass is a splendid location to spend some time at, and the vista of Flinsch Peak is beautiful. Going for a hike along the Pitamakan Pass Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and if you came for an overnight stay                  Cut Bank Campground is a good site to camp. A visit to Glacier National Park is recommended, and a pleasant journey to Bighorn Basin is a great way to spend an afternoon. For the duration of the summer here at Young Man Lake, high temperatures generally get into the 70's; the overnight is slightly cooler of course, commonly in the 40's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 20's with temperatures at Young Man Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. A pretty lake like Oldman Lake near Young Man Lake is a delightful spot to stop at, and you'll hit upon a charming lake called Boy Lake.
