Go to Young Man Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Summertime at Young Man Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Summer night lows dip down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Young Man Lake. From a precipitation point of view Young Man Lake is a relatively common place; December is the month that gets the most snow, and the driest of the months is April. This lake is so wonderful.

Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Lewis Range. If you're here, you might as well go to Cut Bank Pass, and if
you're here at Young Man Lake, checking out Pumpelly Pillar is a must. While you're here at Young Man Lake you can take a hike along the Upper Two Medicine Trail, and from Young Man Lake you acquire a wonderful vista of Flinsch Peak.
But wait, there's more fun stuff to do in the Lewis Range. Bighorn Basin is right here at Young Man Lake, and Young Man Lake is a splendid place to visit for more than one day, Cut Bank Campground is a splendid place to camp nearby.
