A striking lake like Martin Lake in the vicinity of Wright Lake is a tremendous site to go to; Park Rapids is a beautiful place to have a look at while you're at Wright Lake. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Absaroka Range. Go for a hike on the Upper Granite Loop Trail. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Wright Lake. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 30's. For the period of the wintertime highs are       generally in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Wright Lake. A great place to camp here at Wright Lake is Beartooth Lake Campground, and you'll discover a charming lake called Kidney Lake. In case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clarks Fork Yellowstone River, and why not camp at Top Of The World Campground since you're here at Wright Lake. Wright Lake gets a normal amount of annual rain;                  the wettest month of the year is regularly June, that's the one that rains the most while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. But wait, there's more cool things to do in the Absaroka Range. Whitewater paddling is perfect on Clarks Fork Yellowstone River, and don't leave Wright Lake without first going for a hike along the Granite Loop Trail. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff at Wright Lake. Good hiking is available along the Clay Butte Trail; the slopes of Red Lodge Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist.
