The Pioneer Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Steel Creek Campground is always a great experience, and Bobcat Mountain can be made out from Lake of the Woods. These mountains rock, just look at all the fun stuff to do in the Pioneer Mountains. A brilliant spot to camp here at Lake of the Woods is Little Joe Campground; hiking along the Copper Creek Trail is great fun.       Comfort Inn Dillon is a pleasant location to get some rest; do stop at Bear Lake, it's a beautiful lake. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things at Lake of the Woods. Take a hike on the Bobcat Lakes Trail. A scenic lake like Schwinegar Lake right next door to Lake of the Woods is a brilliant place to take a look at; Lake of the Woods is right by the Grassy Lake Trail. It is very waterless here at Lake of the Woods ordinarily; of                  all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
