Why not stop by Woods Lake if you're passing through these parts. Lakes are such peaceful locations, why not pop by Little Beaver Lake in the vicinity of Woods Lake; Brush Creek is in the vicinity of Woods Lake and is always a delight to stop by. If only every spot had this much outdoors exciting stuff, what a great planet it would be. A great nearby hotel is Grouse Mountain Lodge; you can hit the slopes at Big Mountain close by. is so wonderful. A golf course close to Woods Lake is Whitefish Lake Golf Club, and the Whitefish Divide-Smokey Range National Recreation Trail is a good hiking trail nearby. During the warm days of summer highs here at Woods Lake
reach the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's; nighttime lows all through the winter for Woods Lake tend to be in the 10's. And if that's not sufficient, there's
a heap more to do near Woods Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A magnificent site for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Woods Lake is Flathead River - Middle Fork. There's so much to do here at Woods Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Les Mason Campground is a great place for that.
