Brush Creek is a stunning stream that is worth visiting; since you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Kalispell. Flathead River - Middle Fork has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby; Kristianna Mountain Homes is a glorious location to get some rest. Going for a hike on the Whitefish Divide-Smokey Range National Recreation Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and a day on the slopes of Big Mountain is just what you need. Woods Lake is a location that is rather dry ordinarily; June is the month that gets the most rain; October is the month with the least moisture. Don't leave Woods Lake without first going for a hike along the Micho Trail, and while you're here you can play | |

some golf at Whitefish Lake Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Les Mason Campground is a brilliant spot to camp; you are in close proximity to Brush Bay since you're here. Whitefish RV Park
is a pleasant campground nearby, and in case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Stillwater River. This place, Woods Lake, it simply has so much outdoors exciting stuff. This lake is so wonderful.
Go for a hike on the Danny on Memorial National Recreation Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Grouse Mountain Lodge. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Woods Lake, and throughout summer nights temperatures
are in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's; night lows through the wintertime for Woods Lake tend to be in the 10's.
