That right there is lots already, but it goes on; Windmaker Lake has it all. Nearby Iceberg Notch is a great location to go if you're at Windmaker Lake; you're in all probability into lakes, Grinnell Lake is one of those close by. High temperatures at Windmaker Lake during the summer months are in the 70's while night lows are regularly in the 40's. Through the winter the highs are       mostly in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Windmaker Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Salamander Falls is always fun to check out, and do pay a visit to Glacier National Park if you're here at Windmaker Lake. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors amusing things the Lewis Range has to offer. Get covered with water paddling on Flathead River - Middle Fork, and you acquire a perfect view of Mount Grinnell from here. This lake is                  located in the wonderful Lewis Range. Windmaker Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Many Glacier Campground is a perfect local campground, and if you've had enough of Windmaker Lake, Helen Lake is close by. The amount of rainfall that falls at Windmaker Lake is close to the national average; the wettest month of the year is usually December, that's the one that snows the most while April is usually the driest month. Don't leave Windmaker Lake without first checking out The Garden Wall, and camping at Avalanche Campground is always a brilliant experience. This lake is so wonderful. There's magnificent hiking along the Highline Trail, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Windmaker Lake; Iceberg Lake Trail is a good local trail. Having a nice time in the Lewis Range is trouble-free.
