Throughout the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. All through the winter highs are generally in the 30's; after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Wildcat Lakes descend into the 10's. Man, is there loads of entertaining stuff to do in the neighborhood of Wildcat Lakes. Not far from Wildcat Lakes, you'll find Lake of the Woods which is a striking lake, and if you came to camp       Woodbine Campground is a fine site to do that. Go for a hike on the Republic Trail; 02S14E05ACAB01 Spring is a great local attraction. This lake is so wonderful. Soar down the rapids of Stillwater River in a kayak. There's so much to do here at Wildcat Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Soda Butte Campground is a wonderful site for that. Wildcat Lakes is located in the Absaroka Range. Now, you may think that's plenty but there's even more exciting                  stuff to do here in the Absaroka Range. There's perfect hiking along the Pilot Creek Trail. Lakes are splendid; Aufwuchs Lake is a lake that's close to Wildcat Lakes. At Wildcat Lakes you don’t see much rain; the wettest month of the year is commonly May, that's the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Big Timber. Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! The Absaroka Range is peerless! Paddling on Clarks Fork Yellowstone is so much fun, and on a gorgeous day you acquire a perfect sight of Mosquito Peak from Wildcat Lakes.
