Widowed Lake is a beautiful lake in the Absaroka Range. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Widowed Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lake Creek Campground, and wonderful hiking is available along the Crazy Mountain Trail. So many enjoyable things to do here in the Absaroka Range, too brilliant to be true. If you come at the right time of year, Clarks Fork Yellowstone River offers some splendid whitewater. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Widowed Lake. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things at Widowed Lake. Lodge Mountain while you're here. Man, is there a load of exciting stuff to do in the Absaroka Range. You get a tremendous sight of Crazy Mountain from Widowed Lake, and don't leave Widowed Lake without first going for a hike along
the Copeland Lake Trail. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Widowed Lake; Lake Reno Trail is a good local trail, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore close by Jorden Lake. There's so much to
do here at Widowed Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Crazy Creek Campground is a good place for that; naturally, this is a delightful vicinity for people who like lakes, Anchor Lake is a lake in the neighborhood. The amount
of rainfall that falls at Widowed Lake is close to the national average; June is the wettest month with most rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month.
