Baker Spring is a perfect local attraction, and while you're here you can play some golf at Highland View Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. If you desire a little side trip, try Beer Straight Gulch, and at West Side Reservoir you always meet someone from Butte-Silver Bow. High temperatures at West Side Reservoir all through the warm months are in the 70's. Once the sun       is down it descends down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's while West Side Reservoir overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Blacktail Creek is a stunning stream that is worth checking out; from West Side Reservoir you obtain a good vista of Big Butte. At West Side Reservoir you don’t see much rain; during the month of May you get the most rain around here; February meanwhile is the                  driest month. Near West Side Reservoir you stumble on the Brazil Pack Trail which is a good hiking trail; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Big Hole River. If you came to camp Butte Koa Kampground is a glorious location to do that, and if you need a site to stay Comfort Inn Butte is a brilliant choice. What a site this is for outdoors people. Camping at La Rue Mountain View is always a great experience, and after a long day outdoors Eddys Motel is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two.
