All the outdoors entertaining stuff near Waddel Lakes will keep you coming back time and again. A lake nearby is Cody Lake, and Waddel Lakes is good enough to spend more than a day at, West Fork Campground is a good local campground. A nice close by hotel is St Mary Lodge & Resort; hiking along the Jones Creek National Recreation Trail is delightful fun. This lake is so wonderful. The scenery at Twin Lake       Dam near Waddel Lakes is pretty, and needless to say Fish Creek flows through this vicinity. Going for a hike along the Bowl Divide Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and get your heart pumping on the splendid whitewater of Two Medicine River. Not much rainfall falls here at Waddel Lakes; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily June, that's the one that rains the most, and February on the other hand is the driest. Glacier Motel                  is a great place to get some rest; do take a hike on the West Fork Jones Creek National Recreation Trail. At Waddel Lakes during the summertime highs are in the 70's with overnight lows in the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are mostly in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Waddel Lakes.
