There's so much to do here at Voldseth Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Solberg's Pine Valley Cabins is a nice site for that. Be careful coming to Voldseth Reservoir, you might not ever wanna go back home again. If you get bored of Voldseth Reservoir, you could also stop at close by Bonanza Reservoir. The top of Comb Butte is easily spotted from Voldseth       Reservoir, and if you came to camp Basin Creek Campground is a brilliant place to do that. Voldseth Reservoir is not the only place nearby, Flagstaff Reservoir is a nearby lake, and Voldseth West Dam is a beautiful spot, beyond doubt worth visiting. Voldseth Reservoir gets very little rainfall; most of the rain falls during June, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Jamison Trail is always a good                  adventure; after a long day outdoors Murray Hotel is a great place to spend a night or two. Through the summertime highs here at Voldseth Reservoir get into the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's.
