After a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Glacier Park/Columbia Falls is a good spot to spend a night or two, and perfect hiking is available along the Avalanche Trail. Be careful coming to the Lewis Range, you might not ever wanna return home again. A pleasant trip to Avalanche Basin is a glorious way to spend an afternoon; you can go for a hike on the Gunsight Pass Trail.       The annual precipitation here at Upper Snyder Lake is about average; December is the wettest month with most snow, and the driest month is April. It's a tremendous idea to stop at Hidden Creek, it's close to Upper Snyder Lake. A perfect location to have a look at in the neighborhood of Upper Snyder Lake is Comeau Pass; going for a hike on the Snyder Lake Trail is always a delightful adventure. This lake is so wonderful.
