This lake is located in the wonderful Lewis Range. All the outdoors cool things next to Upper Snyder Lake will keep you coming back many times. Comeau Pass is a great place to have a look at nearby, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Gunsight Pass Trail. A typical amount of rain falls here at Upper Snyder Lake; the month with most of the snow is December; April on the other       hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Upper Snyder Lake is not the only site close by, Avalanche Lake is a close by lake; Akaiyan Falls is always fun to check out. If you came for an overnight stay Avalanche Campground is a good spot to camp. High temperatures at Upper Snyder Lake all through the summer months are in the 70's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 40's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 20's while                  the cold winter nights at Upper Snyder Lake are in the 10's. And that's not all there is to do here in the Lewis Range. Glacier National Park is one of the destinations right next door to Upper Snyder Lake that are brilliant to go to, and some nearby water includes Hidden Creek. From Upper Snyder Lake you get a tremendous sight of Mount Brown; a pleasant location like Avalanche Basin here at Upper Snyder Lake is too brilliant to miss. Sprague Creek Campground is a glorious local campground, and Glacier Park Super 8 Motel is a great location to get some rest. Just can't get enough of the Lewis Range. A lake close by is Snyder Lake; do take a hike on the Avalanche Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
