This lake is so wonderful. Jefferson Meadows is a picturesque location any time of year, and Crescent Lake is a great lake nearby. Have a great hiking adventure along the West Fork Fishtrap Trail, and Upper Fishtrap Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Willow Creek Campground is a perfect local campground. This lake is one of the great places here in       the Cabinet Mountains. Be careful coming to the Cabinet Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again. Cool Creek is a lovely stream that is worth checking out, and going for a hike along the Thompson River Mount Headley Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. This lake is so wonderful. So many cool things to do here at Upper Fishtrap Lake, too perfect to be true. If the weather is pleasant here at Upper Fishtrap Lake, you can                  go for a hike along the Moose Peak Trail, and if you came to camp Fishtrap Campground is a wonderful place to do that. During the days of summer highs here at Upper Fishtrap Lake reach the 70's, and the nighttime is a tad chillier of course, commonly in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Upper Fishtrap Lake. That right there is loads of entertaining things already but it goes on, the Cabinet Mountains has it all. A great spot for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Upper Fishtrap Lake is Vermilion River, and Wee Peak is gorgeous and can be seen from here.
