Not much rain falls here at Upper Corkscrew Lake; the month with most of the rain is May, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Clarks Fork Yellowstone is a tremendous whitewater spot close to Upper Corkscrew Lake, and Wrong Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit. All through the summer months at Upper Corkscrew Lake highs are commonly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's.
