    It's always fun to stop by Twin Lakes. The Absaroka Range scenery is always beautiful. There are other spots here than Twin Lakes, for example Boulder Lakes, and Twin Lakes is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Chief Joseph Campground is a nice local campground. If you came to camp Fox Creek Campground is a great location to do that. Lakes? Sure, Little Molar Lake is in close proximity.
And that's not all the things to do here in the Absaroka Range.
 
   The peak of Bald Knob can be spotted from Twin Lakes, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Lake Reno Trail. So many fun things in the Absaroka Range, just extraordinary. After a long day outdoors Yodeler Motel is a tremendous location to spend a night or two, and whitewater paddling is wonderful on Clarks Fork Yellowstone. Having a good time at Twin Lakes is painless. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Twin Lakes; Crazy Mountain Trail is a brilliant  
               local trail, and as expected Farley Creek is a scenic stream that is worth stopping at.
This lake is so wonderful. There's fine hiking along the Crazy Lakes Trail, and get soaked paddling on Rosebud Creek - West. An average amount of rainfall falls at Twin Lakes; June is the wettest month with most rain while October is mostly the driest month. For the period of the days of summer highs here at Twin Lakes get into the 70's while overnight lows are generally in the 30's. Through the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Twin Lakes are in the 0's.
This lake is so wonderful.
