This lake is so wonderful. The view of stunning Kid Mountain near Twin Lakes is magnificent, and going for a hike on the Currant Creek Trail is always a good adventure. Twin Lakes is mostly a quite dry spot; June is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is February. McKelvey Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by, and there is a good       hiking trail nearby called the Pedro Trail. Twin Lakes is a brilliant site to visit for more than one day, Balanced Rock Campground is a brilliant site to camp nearby, and if you're here, you could also stop at delightful Mine Lake. High temperatures at Twin Lakes during the summer are in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Highs throughout the wintertime are typically in the 30's, and night lows at Twin Lakes all through                  the wintertime frequently sink into the 10's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site.
