Twin Lakes is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Potosi Campground is a glorious local campground, and going for a hike on the Currant Creek Trail is always a good adventure. This lake is so wonderful. McKelvey Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out; nearby you locate the Pedro Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail. Throughout the summertime months highs here at Twin       Lakes reach the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's.
