You'll locate a beautiful lake called Parker Lake near Twin Lakes; the Weasel Creek Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the Lewis Range has to offer. Falls Creek has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby; on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Cooney Creek Trail. Twin Lakes truly is in the middle of a gorgeous outdoors       paradise. There's so much to do here at Twin Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Copper Creek Campground is a great site for that, and a pleasant trip to Carmichael Basin is a great way to spend an afternoon. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such calm places, why not pop by Two Point Lake next to Twin Lakes; dry warm beds await you at Rodeway Inn Deer Lodge. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Twin Lakes has to offer, you can camp                  at Wood Lake Campground; since you're here you can take a hike along the Whitetail Creek Trail. Summertime highs at Twin Lakes generally tend to be in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 40's. Highs through the winter are frequently in the 30's; during the dark hours in the winter at Twin Lakes temperatures fall to the 10's. Twin Lakes is located in the Lewis Range. Twin Lakes gets very little rain; May is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
