This lake is one of the great places here in the Little Belt Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Twin Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Many Pines Campground is a magnificent place for that, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Belt Creek. Man, is there plenty of fun things to do in the Little Belt Mountains. Stay the night       at Dry Wolf Campground, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Showdown. Hiking along the Jamison Trail is perfect fun, and the view of delightful Big Baldy Mountain is perfect. Grand Union Hotel is a fine spot to get some rest. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Twin Lakes. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's; after the sun is down during the winter                  temperatures at Twin Lakes drop into the 10's.
