     The beauty of Twin Lakes attracts many people from all around. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Belt Creek; most likely you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Lake Elva is just a very short distance away. After a long day outdoors Grand Union Hotel is a fine place to spend a night or two, and fine skiing awaits you at Showdown. Now, you may imagine that's loads but there's even more  
   enjoyable things to do here in the Little Belt Mountains. Twin Lakes is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Dry Wolf Campground is a glorious local campground; the sight of lovely Big Baldy Mountain is wonderful.
Looking for something in the neighborhood of Twin Lakes? Rhoda Lake is nearby, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Twin Lakes; Jamison Trail is a great local trail. All through the summertime months at Twin Lakes highs are ordinarily
 
               in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and night lows at Twin Lakes through the wintertime regularly plunge into the 10's. Around Twin Lakes you don’t get a lot of rain; the month with most of the rain is May; the driest of the months is February.
