If you get bored of Turquoise Lake, you could also check out nearby Lomna Lake, and there's nice hiking along the Little Wapiti Creek Trail. Summer at Turquoise Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 40's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's; all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Turquoise Lake temperatures dip to the 10's. You can run the rapids of Madison River near Turquoise

| | Lake, and Park Condos is a pleasant site to get some rest. The skiing at Big Sky is glorious, and don't leave Turquoise Lake without first going for a hike along the Wapiti Creek Trail. Why not camp at Beaver Creek Campground 2 if you're here at Turquoise Lake, and Turquoise Lake is not the only spot nearby, Park Lake is a nearby lake. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors fun things the area in the neighborhood of Turquoise Lake has to offer. | |

Do set aside some time for Carrot Basin while you're here at Turquoise Lake; on a wonderful day you get a wonderful vista of Pika Point from Turquoise Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful spot for whitewater paddling in the
neighborhood of Turquoise Lake is Madison River; camping is available at Cabin Creek Campground. Good hiking is available along the Wapiti Ridge Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A fine nearby hotel is Holiday Inn WEST YELLOWSTONE,
and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Moonlight Basin is relatively near. Turquoise Lake is pretty dried up commonly; most of the rain falls throughout June while January is ordinarily the driest month.
