Turquoise Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. For the period of the months of summer at Turquoise Lake temperatures are mostly in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Turquoise Lake tend to be in the 10's. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Big Sky, and Carrot Basin is a great location to stretch your legs a bit. and on a wonderful day you obtain a brilliant panorama of Pika Point from Turquoise Lake. It is very arid here at Turquoise Lake frequently; the wettest month of the year is frequently June, that's the one that rains the most, and
January is when it's the driest. Turquoise Lake is a wonderful spot to visit for more than one day, Beaver Creek Campground 2 is a wonderful spot to camp nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort West Yellowstone
Conference. But wait, there's more to do close to Turquoise Lake. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Madison River; lakes are such serene sites, why not explore Lightning Lake.
