Going for a hike along the Iris Point Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and lakes are such peaceful spots, why not go to Milltown Reservoir. Around Tunnel Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; most of the rain falls throughout May while October is generally the driest month. for that; for you golfers we recommend nearby University Golf Course.
Having a perfect time at Tunnel Lake is easy. Mittower Gulch is right next door to Tunnel Lake and is positively a perfect place to explore, and as expected
Blackfoot River flows through this region. If the weather is glorious here at Tunnel Lake, you can go for a hike along the BLue Mountain Nature Trail NRT, and the sight of picturesque Woody Mountain is perfect. Marshall Mountain has
great slopes and a friendly staff, and at Tunnel Lake you always meet someone from Missoula.
This lake is so wonderful. A pretty lake like Farmers Lakes near Tunnel Lake is a great spot to stop at; Montana Snowbowl is a very popular ski area nearby.
