Beautiful Trout Lake has much to offer visitors. For the duration of the summer at Trout Lake temperatures are generally in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. All through the winter the highs are generally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Trout Lake. If you want a fine time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Absaroka Range. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Trout Lake has to offer,

| | you can camp at Hicks Park Campground, and Bramble Creek is right next door to Trout Lake and is always a joy to explore. Around Trout Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
Get wet paddling on Boulder River; don't leave Trout Lake without first going for a hike along the Poacher Trail. Stay the night at Hells Canyon Campground, and fine hiking is available | |
