Trout Lake is located in the Lewis Range. So much exciting stuff near Trout Lake, absolutely striking. If the weather is magnificent here at Trout Lake, you can go for a hike along the Camas Creek Trail, and you'll stumble on a beautiful lake called Dutch Lakes. Just can't get enough of the Lewis Range. You can run the rapids of Flathead River - Middle Fork near Trout Lake, and the       Snyder Ridge Trail is a perfect hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful. The summit of Rogers Peak can be distinguished from Trout Lake, and nearby you stumble on the Mount Brown Lookout Trail which is a great hiking trail. Dry warm beds await you at Glacier Park Super 8 Motel, and there's whitewater on Flathead River - Middle Fork for all you adrenaline kick people. At Trout Lake you don’t see much rainfall; the month of December is the wettest with                  most of the snow, and the driest month of the year is April. Glacier National Park is a very perfect spot to stop at close to Trout Lake; camping at Stanton Creek Lodge is always a tremendous experience. The warmest time of the year at Trout Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 40's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 20's with temperatures at Trout Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. And if that's not sufficient there's a heap more exciting stuff to do in the Lewis Range.
