Hiking along the Sweeney Creek Ecology Trail is pleasant fun; Bullion Parks is a fine site to stretch your legs a bit. Great Divide is a tremendous local ski area. There's so much to do here at Travis Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, MacDonald Pass Campground is a pleasant place for that. Through the long summer days, highs commonly are in the 80's at Travis Reservoir while nighttime lows are commonly in the 40's. Throughout the wintertime highs

| | are regularly in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Travis Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Travis Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Cromwell Dixon Campground, and the sight of Jericho Mountain is beautiful. to, and if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Helena, Mt is a wonderful choice. This lake is so wonderful. Have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Mount Helena National Recreation Trail, and if you're here, you could also take
a look at pretty Scott Reservoir. This place, Travis Reservoir, it completely has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. Take a little visit to Monitor Creek since you're here at Travis Reservoir, and do take a hike on the Bear
Gulch Trail. The fine folks of Helena like to hang out close by; on a tremendous day you can go to Sure Thing Swamps, a swamp near Travis Reservoir. A great nearby hotel is Best Western Helena Great Northern Hotel.
