At Trapper Lake you don’t see much rain; most of the rain falls throughout June; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Dinner Station Campground while you're here at Trapper Lake; you don’t have to go far from Trapper Lake to catch a sight of the water at Waukena Lake Dam. Trapper Lake is located in the Pioneer Mountains. That right there is a lot of enjoyable things already       but it goes on, the Pioneer Mountains has it all. There is a nice hiking trail in close proximity to Trapper Lake called the Stine Creek Trail, and you acquire a glorious sight of Barbour Hill from here. Near Trapper Lake you hit upon the Driveway Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail, and Cleve Park is a perfect place to check out. At Trapper Lake all through the days of summer highs are in the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the 30's.                  For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Trapper Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. Camping is available at Canyon Creek Campground, and on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Gold Creek Trail. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Trapper Lake.
