Interesting geology is available here; Snowbank Glacier is near Till Lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Till Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lake Creek Campground. Till Lake gets a common amount of yearly precipitation; the wettest month of the year is typically June, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month is October. The Absaroka Range scenery is always beautiful. But wait, there's more       amusing things to do in the Absaroka Range. There's whitewater on Rosebud Creek - East for all you adrenaline junkies, and a scenic lake like Gravel Lake is a magnificent location to pop by. Near Till Lake you come across the Upper Granite Loop Trail which is a great hiking trail, and hey, Gotta ski right? Red Lodge Mountain is a brilliant site to do that. There are some wonderful whitewater spots on Clarks Fork Yellowstone River, and you'll discover a pretty                  lake called Robble Lake. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a brilliant time here at Till Lake. There's so much to do here at Till Lake that you need to camp here for a while, East Rosebud Campground is a nice place for that, and going for a hike on the Crazy Mountain Trail is always a nice adventure. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Absaroka Range. The Copeland Lake Trail is a nice hiking trail near Till Lake. During the long summer days here at Till Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 30's.
