Thompson Lake is ordinarily a pretty dried out place; during the month of June you get the most rain around here, and February is the month with the least moisture. Yeah, come here to Thompson Lake for a fine       time. Dry warm beds await you at Celtic House Inn, and great hiking is available along the Boulder Lakes Trail. A great place to have a look at near Thompson Lake is Racetrack Pass, and if you came for an overnight stay Lost Creek Campground is a fine location to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Elbow Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at; since you're here at Thompson Lake it's a tremendous idea to visit Finley Basin. Camping at Thompson Lake                  is magnificent fun, Racetrack Campground is a magnificent local campground. During the warmest time of the year here at Thompson Lake, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 80's with night lows in the 40's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Thompson Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights.
