There's always Theboe Lake Dam to explore close to Lake Theboe; there's great hiking along the South Fork Teton-Blacktail National Recreation Trail. Lake Theboe is pretty dried out typically; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Teton Pass are so inviting noone can resist; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Theboe Lake.

| | Why not camp at Home Gulch Campground while you're here at Lake Theboe; some of the water nearby flows, like Jefferson Creek. A great spot to camp here at Lake Theboe is Cave Mountain Campground, and the Jones Creek National Recreation Trail offers hiking at its best. What a spot this is for outdoors folks. Lake Theboe is right by the West Fork Jones Creek National Recreation Trail; not far from Lake Theboe you'll find John Lane Reservoir which is a striking lake. | |

Summer at Lake Theboe arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's typically in the 40's. Through the winter highs are usually in the 30's with temperatures at Lake Theboe dipping down into the 10's through winter nights.
