It is very dried out here at Tepee Lake commonly; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain while August is the month with the least amount of precipitation. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Cabinet Mountains. Stay the night at Libby Creek Campground, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Turner Mountain is quite near. You're almost certainly into       lakes, Lost Lake is one of those nearby, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Coyote Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Vermilion River, and Tepee Lake is right by the Fisher Mountain Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Cabinet Mountains. Summer at Tepee Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's generally in                  the 40's. Through the wintertime highs are usually in the 30's with temperatures at Tepee Lake dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights.
