So much entertaining stuff to do here at Tepee Lake, too magnificent to be true. Going for a hike on the Numa Ridge Lookout Trail is always a great adventure; Tepee Lake is a magnificent place to visit for more than one day, Mud Creek Campground is a magnificent place to camp nearby. There is a perfect hiking trail next to Tepee Lake called the Akokala Lake Trail,       and Garnet Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit. Whitewater paddling is great on Flathead River - Middle Fork, and Kandahar Lodge is a pleasant place to get some rest. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Tepee Lake, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Tepee Lake through the winter usually dip into the 10's. While you're                  here at Tepee Lake, you could also have a look at delightful Miller Lake, and you can never get enough of the magnificent skiing at Big Mountain. Tepee Lake is usually a pretty dry place; the month with most of the rain is June; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful.
