     Montana has many beautiful lakes and Tally Lake is one of them. If you came to camp Dog Creek Campground is a delightful site to do that, and Stovepipe Canyon is also a delightful location to explore. On a wonderful day at Tally Lake you can take a hike along the Tally Mountain Billy Creek Trail, and after a long day outdoors Kristianna Mountain Homes is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. You'll stumble on a beautiful lake called Fish Lake near  
   Tally Lake, and soar down the rapids of Sunday Creek in a kayak.
High temperatures at Tally Lake during the long summer days are in the 80's. Summer night lows sink down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Tally Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. There's so much to do here at Tally Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Tally Lake Campground is a great site for that, and Big
 
               Mountain is a great local ski area. If only every place had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great earth it would be. Paddling on Stillwater River is so much fun, and close by you discover the Reid Divide Trail which is a glorious hiking trail.
This lake is so wonderful. There is a delightful hiking trail in close proximity to Tally Lake called the Mountain Meadow Trail, and if you need a location to stay Grouse Mountain Lodge is a great choice. Tally Lake gets very little rain; all through June this area sees the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful lake like Chinook Lake in the neighborhood of Tally Lake is a fine spot to stop by.
