Sylvan Lake is pretty waterless usually; the wettest month of the year is mostly November, that's the one that rains the most; August meanwhile is the driest month. Any time is a nice time at Sylvan Lake if you go for the outdoors. Crescent Lake is a pleasant lake next to Sylvan Lake, and there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Blacktail Trail. During the summertime months here at Sylvan Lake, high temperatures regularly       get into the 80's while night lows are generally in the 40's. Highs all through the winter are mostly in the 30's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Sylvan Lake fall into the 10's. Sylvan Lake is a great place to visit for more than one day, Pleasant Valley Campground is a great place to camp nearby; going for a hike on the Bear Creek Trail is always a nice adventure. Lakes? Sure, Miller Lake is in the neighborhood, and hey, Bayhorse                  Creek is a splendid local stream. This lake is so wonderful. Willow Creek Campground is a great local campground, and you might also want to pay a visit to Willow Creek Pass while you're here at Sylvan Lake. But wait, there's more enjoyable stuff to do in the Cabinet Mountains. A glorious close by hotel is Super 8 Motel - St. Regis. Sylvan Lake is one of the lakes here in the Cabinet Mountains. Having a splendid time in the Cabinet Mountains is uncomplicated.
