Beautiful Surveyor Lake has much to offer visitors. Not much rain falls here at Surveyor Lake; the wettest month of the year is typically June, that's the one that rains the most, and July on the other hand is the driest. A brilliant site for whitewater paddling close to Surveyor Lake is Crooked Fork; do take a hike on the State Line Trail. This lake is so wonderful.

| | the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Surveyor Lake. Man, is there loads of exciting things to do near Surveyor Lake. Get your pulse rate up on the fine whitewater of Clark Fork, and dry warm beds await you at Lolo Hot Springs Mountain. Camping is available at Big Pine Campground, and a magnificent panorama of beautiful Schley Mountain is available.
